2010 Meeting

Kinross Gold Corporation held its 2010 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May 5, 2010 at the Design Exchange, 234 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario on at 10:00 a.m. (Toronto time).

Registered Shareholders

A "registered shareholder" or "registered owner" means a shareholder of the Company in possession of a physical Common Share certificate as recorded with the Transfer Agent.

Beneficial Shareholders

A "beneficial shareholder" or "beneficial owner" means a non-registered shareholder or, more specifically, a shareholder that holds its/his/her shares through an intermediary such as a bank, broker or other nominee.
